What is the minimum order volume?

The minimum order is 30 individual alignment sticks.
What materials are the stick components made from?

The alignment sticks are made of premium 5/16" diameter solid fiberglass rod. One end or the stick will have an extra thick nylon rubber cap and the other end will have a sharp point. The custom logo will be printed on a UV and weather resistant vinyl decal.
How do I receive design proofs?

After filling out the form above, we will email you a digital photo proof based on your design input and logo files.
Is there an obligation to make a purchase if I request a proof?

No. The proofing process is complimentary. We only proceed with production after final quote and proof approvals.
Are there price breaks for large volume purchases?

We do offer price breaks for larger volume orders. Please input your estimated volume when filling out the form above so we can provide the most accurate pricing.
How are the alignment sticks priced?

The pricing is quoted per individual stick.
What is the average production lead-time?

Most orders will ship within 10 business days from final proof approval.
What shipping service do you use?

All orders will ship via UPS Ground. The estimated transit time is 2-6 business days depending on your location. International orders will ship via UPS Expedited (6-10 Business Days).
How are the alignment sticks packaged?

The alignment sticks are packaged and shipped per lot. The sticks are NOT packaged individually.
Are there any additional set-up or artwork fees?

No. Our pricing is straight forward. We only charge a unit rate and shipping to your location.
How do I make payment?

We will send you an invoice via email. The invoice email will contain a secure link for card payment. The invoice will also serve as your receipt/payment confirmation once payment is made.
Can my organization be invoiced for the order?

Some organizations may qualify for NET15 invoice terms. Payment terms will be offered at the discretion of RangeStick Co.
